讓超聲波清洗機(jī)使用壽命更長(zhǎng)我們需要做什么？

1.超聲波清洗機(jī)及超聲波發(fā)生器應(yīng)放置于干燥通風(fēng)條件良好的地方，定期保養(yǎng)，并保持機(jī)器、地面潔凈。

1. The ultrasonic cleaning machine and ultrasonic generator shall be placed in a dry and well ventilated place, maintained regularly, and kept clean.

2. 使用的電源電壓應(yīng)在380/220±5VAC范圍內(nèi)，否則易損壞電器元件。

2. The power supply voltage used shall be within 380 / 220 ± 5vac, otherwise it is easy to damage electrical components.

3. 禁止將清洗機(jī)置于潮濕有腐蝕性氣體的地方，以免引起換能器和線路板故障。

3. It is forbidden to place the cleaning machine in a place with humid and corrosive gas, so as to avoid the failure of transducer and circuit board.

4.禁止在清洗槽內(nèi)無(wú)清洗液的情況下啟動(dòng)加熱器開關(guān)或超聲波開關(guān)，以免損壞加熱器件和換能器。

4. It is forbidden to start the heater switch or ultrasonic switch when there is no cleaning fluid in the cleaning tank to avoid damaging the heating device and transducer.

5. 避免硬物件直接撞擊缸底和換能器，避免強(qiáng)烈振動(dòng)，勿將工件直接置于缸底表面，以免換能器脫落。?

6.使用中勿使清洗液溢出缸面，禁止用水直接沖洗機(jī)器，以免水濺入振子、電熱器或電子線路板，引起故障。

6. Do not let the cleaning fluid overflow the cylinder surface during use. It is forbidden to wash the machine directly with water, so as to avoid water splashing into the vibrator, electric heater or electronic circuit board and causing failure.

7. 定期清理缸底，機(jī)身污垢及其它附著物，保持不銹鋼機(jī)身光潔干凈，以利于長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定工作。

7. Regularly clean the cylinder bottom, body dirt and other attachments, and keep the stainless steel body clean and bright, so as to facilitate long-term stable work.

8. 當(dāng)清洗液經(jīng)使用一段時(shí)間后變臟時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)換液，清洗缸體，否則沉積物會(huì)腐蝕缸底引起穿孔滲液。

8. When the cleaning fluid becomes dirty after being used for a period of time, it shall be changed in time to clean the cylinder block, otherwise the sediment will corrode the cylinder bottom and cause perforation and seepage.

9. 當(dāng)長(zhǎng)期不用或使用間隔時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)時(shí)，應(yīng)放出清洗液，清理潔凈機(jī)器，用塑料薄膜打包護(hù)起。
