超聲波清洗機(jī)頻率調(diào)整應(yīng)該怎么處理？

空化效應(yīng)是決定清洗效果的主要因素，而超聲波頻率則直接影響著空化效果，一般產(chǎn)生空化效應(yīng)的超聲波頻率以20KHz-80KHz為適合。

Cavitation effect is the main factor to determine the cleaning effect, and the ultrasonic frequency directly affects the cavitation effect. Generally, the ultrasonic frequency for cavitation effect is 20khz-80khz.

頻率與液體中氣泡的直徑成反比，與滲透性成正比。頻率越高，波長較短，空泡直徑小，爆炸壓力低，滲透性好，適合于表面光滑度高、精細(xì)工件的清洗。另外，頻率也不能過高，否則波長減短，空化作用反而會(huì)減弱，從而降低清洗效率。

反之，超聲波頻率越低，在液體中產(chǎn)生空化越容易，產(chǎn)生的力度大，作用也越強(qiáng)，適用于表面粗糙且較難清洗的污垢。超聲波頻率還影響著工作時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的高頻噪聲，頻率越低，噪聲越大，一般在滿足清洗效果的前提下，盡量選擇較高的頻率。

On the contrary, the lower the ultrasonic frequency is, the easier it is to produce cavitation in the liquid, and the greater the force is, and the stronger the effect is. It is suitable for the dirt with rough surface and difficult to clean. The lower the frequency, the greater the noise. Generally, on the premise of meeting the cleaning effect, choose the higher frequency as far as possible.

低頻17K-23K：適用于清洗污垢較重或者比較難清洗的工件，且氣泡爆破沖擊力對(duì)工件表面不會(huì)造成傷害時(shí)，應(yīng)選擇低頻超聲波清洗，例如：汽配、紡織等。

中頻25K-28K：適用于清洗污垢稍重或者清洗易適中，且氣泡爆破沖擊力對(duì)工件表面不會(huì)造成傷害時(shí)，應(yīng)選擇中頻超聲波清洗，例如：五金機(jī)械、電鍍行業(yè)等。

中高頻33K-60K：適用于清洗污垢較輕或清洗較容易，且氣泡爆破沖擊力對(duì)工件表面不會(huì)造成傷害時(shí)，應(yīng)選擇中高頻超聲波清洗，例如：光學(xué)玻璃、電子元器件等。
