超聲波清洗溶液溶劑選用應(yīng)依據(jù)的因素是什么？

山東超聲波清洗機(jī)須加入一定量的清洗液和清洗劑才能正常工作，這是由超聲波清洗本身清洗原理決定的。超聲波清洗只有在液體中才能很好地發(fā)生空化效應(yīng)而達(dá)到清洗的目的。超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗液和清洗劑的選用要根據(jù)清洗系統(tǒng)和清洗工件自身特點(diǎn)而定，一般意義上多數(shù)選用水作為清洗液，清洗劑因工藝而定，下面我們就對(duì)超聲波清洗溶液溶劑選用應(yīng)依據(jù)的因素分析一下：

1、清洗工件特點(diǎn)：一般傳統(tǒng)清洗工藝直接加超聲進(jìn)行清洗就行，清洗溶液不用變化。不過(guò)，可以先看一下工件能否用水作為清洗液，多數(shù)工件的清洗都能用水作為清洗溶液，這種清洗液成本較低，水是一種比較環(huán)保的清洗液，有些特殊工件的清洗可能用煤油，酒精燈作為清洗液。

2、清洗效果：多數(shù)企業(yè)選用超聲波清洗的目的就是提高清洗效果，無(wú)論是水基清洗還是其它溶液作為清洗，要考慮的是清洗效果。看看什么樣的清洗液和清洗劑能達(dá)到好的清洗效果，可以咨詢相關(guān)廠家并進(jìn)行試用，也可以通過(guò)不斷調(diào)整清洗劑類型和數(shù)量檢驗(yàn)清洗效果而確定清洗溶劑。
